Why I like ScoopFree self-cleaning litter box | Reviews | Rock Candy Pet

I have grown up with dogs all my life. I am used to taking care of dogs-playing with them, bathing them, leaving them out all day, so they can do their own thing. A few months ago, a friend asked me if I wanted to adopt his cat. He has moved, and his new living environment does not allow his cat to come with him. I just can't refuse. I have never raised a cat before, but I am ready for the challenge, even if it means scooping his litter box every day to avoid the unpleasant smell they leave behind. (If you know, you know.)

Cleaning the dustbin used to be a challenge for me. I hate how much rubbish I feel like I’m wasting. If I don’t clean it often, the whole house seems to smell like my cat. Then, I was introduced to something that makes owning a cat (and cleaning it up after him) a million times easier: a self-cleaning litter box.

Gone are the days of scooping dirty garbage into garbage bags. Using the ScoopFree super self-cleaning cat litter box ($170), my cat's cleaning is as easy as plugging in the power cord and replacing a tray of cat litter every two to three weeks. Seriously, this couldn't be easier.

The litter box has an automatic mechanical rake that scoops the litter block into a separate compartment after your cat has used the litter box for 20 minutes. The rake can even sense the remaining waste and scoop it out long after your cat has left the box. Crystal cat litter is packed in a convenient disposable litter box, and there is no peculiar smell in the room. ScoopFree says that garbage is five times more efficient at absorbing urine and dehydrated waste-I'm not sure about the math, but it definitely does a good job for me.

The disposable garbage tray is even made of thick plastic to prevent leakage and provide simple, convenient, and hygienic cleanup. You can even put a privacy mask on the top so your kitten can conduct business without attracting the attention of others. There is a privacy cover on my cat's box, which makes him feel safer.

If you are as afraid of cleaning up the litter box as I am, I advise you not to take the time to clean up your kittens, but plug in the power cord, put down the litter box, and let the machine do its magic in the next few weeks. When I Trust me when you say you need this trash can. I only have it for a few months, but I will never go back.
